Have you wanted to try yoga?
Join us for a new series geared toward giving you the best introduction to yoga. We will discuss philosophy, science and work to understand the benefits of asanas (postures). This series will take place on Thursday nights at 7 PM until 8 PM. Each night will have an outline of what we will cover and the last class will be putting it all together.
Jan 3rd, 10th,17th,24th, and 31st.
How many people will be in the series?
We will only allow 10 students in the series. This allows the instructor to provide the best attention to each student and asana (posture).
